Pre-Treatment
| To gain maximum benefit from your rejuvenation program we recommend pre-treatment procedures to be done at home ten days before your visit. Our trained staff will interview you regarding your current health status. After our doctors review your interview, we will send you instructions for your home preparation program. These simple home procedures begin to loosen impurities in the body so they can be more easily and effectively eliminated during your treatment. |
After Treatment
| During your stay at The Raj you will learn how your current mind/body make-up effects your health, happiness, moods and behavior. We will teach you specific foods and exercises, as well as daily and seasonal routines, which will naturally promote balance and well-being.
